4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified

This includes business strategies, marketing data, customer information, and any other information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayoub Mouli Restaurant Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from third-party services or platforms
• Results that fail to meet expectations, as marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for such services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Search engine rankings, social media engagement, and other marketing metrics are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor actions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms
• Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments
• We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayoub Mouli Restaurant Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and services (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms
